01.Introduction & Scope
Welcome to FakeVoice (“FakeVoice”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), accessible via https://www.fakevoice.online. FakeVoice provides cutting-edge generative AI speech synthesis, multi-lingual text-to-speech (TTS), procedural sound effects, and voice cloning technology.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, register for an account, clone voices, generate speech, or subscribe to our service.
02.Information We Collect
We collect information in three primary ways:
- Account Credentials: When you register or sign in via email or Google OAuth, we collect your email address, display name, user identifier, and authentication tokens managed securely by Supabase.
- Audio Samples & Voice Cloning Data: When using the Voice Cloning feature, you upload audio recordings (e.g. MP3, WAV, M4A). These audio files are processed through neural encoders to extract acoustic timbre, pitch curves, and voice vectors strictly for generating the custom cloned voice requested by you.
- Text Prompts & Synthesized Audio: We process the text strings and phonetic prompts you enter to synthesize speech and sound effects, and store the resulting audio in your personal generation history for playback and download.
- Billing & Payment Information: When purchasing subscription plans (Starter, Creator, Pro) or top-up character packs, transaction details (plan, billing cycle, price ID) are routed directly to Stripe. We only retain your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and character balance.
- Usage & Technical Analytics: We collect aggregated, non-personally identifiable telemetry through Vercel Analytics, including browser type, referral URLs, page views, and synthetic latency metrics (~120ms) to ensure service uptime and performance.
03.How We Use Your Information
We use your information exclusively for legitimate business purposes:
Transforming your text prompts into natural human-like speech across 29+ languages using studio-grade acoustic models.
Storing your private custom voice avatars in your Voice Library so you can produce dialogue and voiceovers repeatedly.
Accurately deducting character credits per synthesis and replenishing monthly quota allowances upon renewal.
Detecting fraudulent activity, unauthorized impersonation, automated bot abuse, or illegal deepfake operations.
04.Voice Cloning & Biometric Safeguards
FakeVoice adheres to strict ethical artificial intelligence standards regarding acoustic biometrics:
- No Public Resale: We do not sell, license, or monetize your uploaded voice clones to third parties.
- Private Isolation: Your cloned voices are private to your authenticated user account and are not accessible to other users unless you explicitly export the generated audio files.
- User Authorization Requirement: You must own or possess explicit legal authorization to clone any voice you upload to our platform. Unauthorized cloning of celebrities, politicians, or non-consenting individuals is strictly prohibited under our Terms of Service.

06.Data Retention & Your Privacy Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

- Right to Access: You can review all audio generations, cloned voices, and profile attributes in your studio.
- Right to Deletion (Right to Be Forgotten): You can delete any cloned voice or generation history entry directly in the interface. To request full deletion of your entire account, contact our support team.
- Right to Portability: You may download your synthesized audio tracks in MP3 or WAV formats at any time.
- Do Not Sell My Personal Information: FakeVoice does not sell personal data or voice biometrics to advertisers or data brokers.
